What we're hearing from families:
Toy clutter is a real frustration — half of Des Moines families say toys take up too much space at home and kids lose interest faster than expected.
A fuller experience resonates — families are drawn to the idea of a space where kids can try toys before borrowing, alongside classes and childcare options.
Price matters — families want access to quality toys at a price that works for their budget.
