Login & Toy Reservation Instructions

Logging into Your Account:

  1. Go to: frogfuntoylibrary.com/our-toys

  2. Select “LOG IN”

  3. Sign In

    • If you know your Username and Password you can enter it here and skip to step #4.

    • If you forgot your login:

      • Select “FORGOT PASSWORD?”

      • Enter your email address in the line that says “Email” and “SUBMIT”

      • Check your email and click the “Reset password” link

      • Create a new password and click “SUBMIT”

      • SAVE YOUR PASSWORD for easy access next time.

  4. Once logged in, you’ll be able to browse our collection of toys and reserve items to borrow or exchange.

 

Making a Reservation

  1. Once you’re logged in to your account, click “RESERVE.” for the toy you wish to borrow. (NOTE: You'll need to have a credit card saved in your account to reserve items to borrow)

  2. Select an upcoming date to pickup or the following MONDAY to start your reservation. 

  3. The reservation will default to 4 weeks, this way you won’t receive late notices if you decide to keep it longer.

  4. Of course, you can return your items anytime during business hours or the following MONDAY as part of your weekly doorstep exchange.

  5. NOTE: If your membership expires prior to the return, you’ll be charged for an additional month.

  6. The item will be saved in your cart. Browse for all the items you want to reserve before checkout. The number of items you can checkout at the same time is determined by your membership type.

  7. Once you're finished, click the “CART” button located in the top middle of the page.

  8. For delivery only: Add your address, cell #, and any other info about your returns or delivery in the “NOTES” space.

  9. That's it, we'll get your items all ready to go for you so you can pick them up or we'll deliver them on Monday!

Be sure to reserve items prior to 8AM to be included in Monday's delivery!

Delivery of Returns & Exchanges
  1. Our delivery window is 5pm-8pm on Mondays, please place the toys you're returning or exchanging outside your front door by 5pm unless you've provided special instructions.

  2. Ensure the toys you're returning/exchanging are cleaned and back in the original containers and bags they were delivered in. 

  3. We can't guarantee a specific delivery time as it will depend on the deliveries we have that day.
